Go right and find a larger room with a control point and a bunch of enemies. Jump down and turn left into the room with all the clocks. You'll find yourself in a new area of The Oldest House. Go inside and pull the light string three times. Go down the hallway to the right, and open the door with the big, black pyramid on it. Now, return to the reception desk and pick up the key next to the clock. Repeat the step a third time to open Room 226 and solve the puzzle. A bell will ring, and this clock will become unusable. Set this clock to the same time as the clock at the reception desk.
Go inside and interact with the clock on the desk underneath the window. Ring the bell and watch the clock stop on a random time. Return to the reception desk and repeat the process. Once you do, a bell will ding, and you will no longer be able to interact with Room 222's clock. Match this clock's time to the same time on the clock at the reception desk.

The hands on Room 222's clock will constantly turn in circles until you stop them by pressing "Square" on PS4 or "X" on Xbox One. Room 222 on the left side of the hallway is now open. Eventually, they will stop on a random time. Ring the bell, and watch the clock's hands turn. There is a clock on the desk, as well as a bell. Go straight ahead and stop at the reception desk. At this point in the game, you've probably been here a few times already, so you know what's up. After a Bureau agent sends you into the Astral plane to locate and extract the medic, you'll quickly find yourself in the Oceanview Hotel.
